Tele Caller Executive

_We are looking for a dynamic food order taker (tele-caller) who is responsible for taking food orders through phone and other means, punching the orders into the POS, coordinating with the customers, suggesting/recommending food based on their needs, and increasing revenue through proper call management._

**Requirements**:
1. Should have good communication skills and listening skills.
2. Should be fluent in English and Hindi (Konkani and Marathi are also preferred).
3. Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
4. Must demonstrate strong knowledge of F&B and food delivery business.
5. Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and POS systems.
6. Should have problem resolving ability and convincing skills.
7. Should be able to work as per restaurant timings i.e. 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
