Job Title: Manager - Administration (Males Only)

Location: Vile Parle West (Mumbai)

Reports to: Management

Salary : up to Max 80K

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. (preferred).

**Experience**:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Administration with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Position Summary:
The Administrative Manager - This role involves leadership, strategic planning, resource management, and ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative processes. And will drive continuous improvement and cultivate a positive work environment, ensuring that all administrative functions are aligned with organizational objectives and contribute to the overall success of the business.

5. Project Coordination & Support

6. Communication & Collaboration

7. Data Management & Reporting

Handling Sourcing /Manning team for requirements vessels for multinational crew as per Vessel Flags.

Monitoring documentation team to Pre-joining verification documents, certificates, and flag documents of the crew personnel.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday | 09.30am to 05.30 working (2nd and 4th Saturday off)*
