Will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing the

materials, supplies, equipment, and services that the company needs. Would

work closely with vendors, suppliers, and other third-party service providers

to ensure that Zoetis gets the best possible value on purchases and within the

defined compliances.
- Proposal preparation, pricing negotiations, and contract

administration.
- Reviewing purchase order information to ensure compliance with

company policies and procedures.
- Coordinating with other stakeholders such as warehousing, shipping,

or accounting to ensure that goods are delivered on time and in good

condition.
- Maintaining records of bids and purchase orders for future reference.
- Initiating and processing purchase orders for materials or services

needed by the company.
- Coordinating with suppliers to review product samples, discuss

delivery schedules, and resolve problems regarding quality or

quantity of goods.
- Interacting with suppliers and vendors to ensure that orders are

placed correctly and on time.
- Maintain good supplier relationships.
- Follow good practices of vendor onboarding.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
- Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute contracts.
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single

point of contact for contractual matters.
- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and

documentation.
- Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension, or renewal, as

appropriate.
- Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with legal, supplier and other stakeholders for finalizing

contracts
