**Job Duties**:
**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Develops key relationships within high level Customer management team - well construction-well completions
- G&G organizations.
- Assists with development of effective technical solutions based on a clear understanding of customers business & technical objectives and/or challenges.
- Assists Drill Bit Technology Managers and Application Design Evaluation Specialists with developing and managing the required bit designs for an assigned area.
- Responsible for monitoring product performance, performance evaluation, dull grading, and creation of performance reports as required to support product development and incremental sales
- Assists in resolution of product performance and reliability issues in order to maintain and improve product and service quality.
- Can travel extensively to Pan India locations for conducting technical workshops with various customers
- Good excel and presentation skills would be preferred
