Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop operations
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules and tasks
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Maintain and oversee workshop equipment and tools
- Train and mentor workshop staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Prepare reports on workshop performance
- oversees daily transportation operations within a workshop, ensuring efficient vehicle maintenance, repair scheduling, and compliance with regulations, while also supervising drivers and transport staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
