Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and nutritional information.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized Dates & Nuts section by restocking shelves and rotating products to ensure freshness.
- Ensure product displays are visually appealing, clean, and properly labeled with accurate pricing and promotional information.
- Assist customers in finding specific items, offering product recommendations, and suggesting complementary products.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and providing change when necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor or inventory control team.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including understanding the various types of dates, nuts, and related products offered in the section.
- Participate in training programs and meetings to enhance knowledge and improve customer service skills.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service/retail dates & nuts section is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer complaints or issues effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of dates, nuts, and other related products is a plus.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
