- **Patient Registration**:

- Assist patients in filling out registration and admission forms.
- Ensure patient information is recorded accurately in the hospital management system.
- Verify patient documents (ID proof, insurance papers, etc.).
- **Billing and Payments**:

- Coordinate with the billing department for patient payments.
- Handle cash, card, and other payment modes.
- Provide accurate bills and receipts to patients.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Ensure that the front office area is neat and well-organized.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth hospital operations.
- Maintain records, logs, and reports as required.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address patient concerns and queries courteously.
- Ensure that patients are directed to the correct departments or personnel.
- Provide information on hospital services, doctor availability, and facilities.
- **Communication**:

- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the hospital’s communication flow between different departments and patients.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
