**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator

**Location: Thane**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build a prospective customer pipeline.
- Coordinate with sales engineers, regional managers, and clients for inquiries and orders.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Maintain customer database, sales pipeline, and order tracking systems.
- Follow up with clients for quotations, payments, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules with production, logistics, and service departments.
- Handle customer queries and route technical requirements to concerned teams.
- Support in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities.
- Assist in after-sales coordination with service and spares teams.
- Prepare MIS, reports, and sales forecasts for management review.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 0-3 years of experience in **sales coordination / inside sales**, preferably in **machine manufacturing / engineering industry**.
- Experience in **cold calling and lead generation** is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Customer-centric approach with persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and lead nurturing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
