**Job Description - Sales Coordinato**r
- Should have experience of 1-5 years in FMCG area.
- Strategizing, planning, goal setting and leading teams.
- Establishing a culture of collaboration and integration that enhances revenue and cost optimization & supports innovation and creativity.
- Able to Manage a team of 50-100 SR, SO, ASM everyday.
- Overseeing strong workforce development, employee satisfaction and engagement, maximizing growth potential of employees and strong succession planning.
- Setting Monthly Targets and PJP with the Marketing Team and ensuring implementation of the same in the Market.
- Able to Manage a team of 50-100 field staff everyday via Sales Force tracking software.
- Keep Accountability of every sales staff each visit and weekly schedules.
- Visit distributors if necessary with sales teams to understand and identify business critical issues in order to ensure the alignment of tactics and strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with super stockist, distributors and customers.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of company products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should have FMCG organizational experience.
- Should have knowledge of MS office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Qualification Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA
- Perks and Benefits - 180,000 to 300,000
**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
