Maida Operations

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Market Analysis of wheat, maida and bran prices.

2. Maida Rate Negotiation with Miller for bulk staples within the context of quality

parameter.

3. Co-Ordination with customers for Dispatch of institutional customer and bulk staple

business.

4. Co-ordination for production and transportation as per schedule with Plant team.

5. Co-ordination with Branch and business team for PO and DO.

6. Quality and PM check with specified parameter before loading/Unloading.

7. Vehicle cleaning and hygiene check for dust and infestation free material.

8. Sieving 5 bags before loading for weevils check.

9. Weighment and bags counting.

10. Creation of GRN/STN/STR and DC.

11. Bagging and Unbagging transaction in Tablet

12. Set of document preparation for consignment and keeping records for the same.

13. Close monitoring on unloading and unloading receipt.

14. Documents uploading in tablet and transaction wise report preparation for timely

payment and audit purpose.

15. Hard Copies of all documents sent to Branch (Ahmadabad and Bhopal) team.

16. New mills on boarding for bulk staples business

17. Traveling to different plants/hubs/ locations for quality checking/discussion with

miller.

18. Handling Customer complaints.

19. Co -ordination with Branch team for payments, debit notes etc. (Jaipur and Bhopal)

20. Handling Mundra port operations of Export Maida.

22. Handling Fumigation operations at Port as well as Hub/Plant.

23. Inventory management of PM, wheat, Flour. Inward /Outward.

24. Monthly PV of all Warehouses in Tablet.
