We are looking for a highly motivated **Sales Intern** to join our team and gain practical experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation within the IT services industry.
**Role Overview**
As a Sales Intern at Ergode IT Services, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to support business development efforts, assist with customer outreach, and help drive revenue growth. You will gain exposure to the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, client interactions, sales presentations, and account management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Research and identify potential leads, companies, and decision-makers who might benefit from Ergode IT Services’ offerings.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain accurate client records, track sales activities, and ensure timely follow-ups in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Sales Support**: Assist in preparing and organizing sales materials, presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and sales opportunities.
- **Client Interaction**: Participate in client meetings, understand their business needs, and support the sales team in crafting solutions.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, provide insights into lead quality, and help monitor sales performance metrics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure the sales process aligns with company strategies and objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field**.
- Strong **verbal and written communication skills** with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Interest in IT solutions**, technology trends, and the B2B sales process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with CRM tools or sales software is a plus (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Self-motivated, with a keen interest in learning about sales and business development in the IT sector.
- **Detail-oriented**, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
