**Qualifications and Skills**

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or a technical domain.

Proven track record of hiring for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri Recruiter and job portals.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven.
