Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections and tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards
- Identify and resolve quality issues, collaborating with production and engineering teams
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures
- Collaborate with teams to drive quality improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or related field
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Instrument Knowledge : Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Thread Gauge, Ring Gauge, Air Gauge, etc.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in compressor or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g., CQA, CSQE)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
