Executive Assistant/ Project Coordination

**Key Responsibilities**
**Executive Assistance**:
- Manage CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
**Project & Team Coordination**:
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and different teams (design, content, tech, operations, etc.).
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Track progress of deliverables and maintain task status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, share updates, and escalate delays when required.
- Support smooth execution of projects by ensuring proper communication flow.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage follow-ups.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
