Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- **Strategy Development**: Create and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions and advertisements. Monitor and analyze their performance.
- **Audience Engagement**: Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and report on key social media metrics. Analyze data to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new features and techniques to enhance social media presence.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- **Brand Voice**: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
- **Crisis Management**: Handle any social media crises or negative feedback professionally and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- **Creativity**: Strong creative thinking and writing skills with the ability to produce engaging content.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Attributes
- **Certifications**: Certifications in digital marketing or social media management are a plus.
- **Design Skills**: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is an advantage.
- **SEO Knowledge**: Understanding of SEO and how it integrates with social media strategies

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
