**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reach out to prospective students via phone calls to provide information about our courses and educational offerings.
- Answer inquiries related to admission procedures, course details, fees, and other relevant information.
- Guide potential students through the admission process, assisting with form filling and documentation.
- Provide detailed information about the benefits of our educational programs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students to address queries and encourage enrollment.
- Keep accurate records of telephonic interactions, admissions, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless admission process.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or admission counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to build rapport with prospective students.
