Visa Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**
- Stay updated on immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and entry requirements for various countries.
- Maintain client records, track progress, and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and admission teams for offer letters and COEs.
- Guide clients about SOPs, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
- Attend training sessions and regular team meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: education, management, or related areas).
- Proven experience in visa counselling or a related field (min. 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language (if applicable).
