**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a highly skilled and committed **ALS Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)** to join our **ambulance team**. The EMT will be responsible for delivering **pre-hospital advanced life support (ALS) care** and ensuring safe patient transportation during emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls. This role demands quick decision-making, strong clinical expertise, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to emergency and non-emergency ambulance dispatch calls.
- Provide **advanced life support (ALS)**, including airway management, IV/IO access, medication administration, defibrillation, and cardiac monitoring in accordance with approved protocols.
- Rapidly assess, stabilize, and treat patients at the scene and during transport.
- Safely operate and assist in ambulance transport, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and transport details.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, hospital staff, and emergency personnel during patient handovers.
- Ensure ambulance equipment, ALS kits, and life-saving devices are checked, stocked, and fully functional at all times.
- Maintain compliance with local/state EMS regulations, safety standards, and infection control practices.
- Deliver compassionate care and reassurance to patients and their families during stressful situations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Valid **ALS Certification** (Advanced Life Support).
- Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with [State/National license/registration].
- BLS & ACLS certification (mandatory).
- Minimum [X years] experience in **ambulance-based emergency response** (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of emergency protocols, pre-hospital care, and patient transport safety.
- Physical stamina, ability to lift and transfer patients, and work under stressful conditions.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
