**Job Description: Counselor for Course Enrollments**

**Position**: Course Counselor

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their goals and provide relevant course information.
- Explain course details, duration, prerequisites, fees, and career outcomes to prospective students.
- Assist students in the enrollment process, ensuring they have all necessary information and support.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to encourage enrollments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage promotional events and support campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (education background preferred).
- Prior experience in counseling or academic advising is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex course details effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
