**JOB DESCRPTION FOR OPERATION EXECUTIVE**
- Manage the global operations of the organization as an individual and as a team player.
- Act as an active member of the Operational Team.
- Cater every request on various mailing addresses of the organization by being physically active 24x7 and attending the enquiry within the given TAT frame.
- Coordination with the Airlines Companies for travel costing, reservations and medical clearances etc.
- Coordinating with clients and provide them complete assistance and support.
- Preparation of the quotations and sharing it with the clients.
- Active participant in the repatriation cases, wherein he/she will be handling the operational activities of the evacuation process and providing a comprehensive support to the team and to the client.
- To work dedicatedly as per the directions of the management.
- Responsible for Network building for the organization. (Service Providers) Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.
- Providing Doctor on Call and Teleconsultation facility as per international insurance s company and individual client.
- Maintaining of records of inbound calls, TPA & Insurance cases record, Ambulance provider, Quotation sheet, Mortal service provider and hospital and clinic.
- Maintaining the database of all our partners, vendors, service provider etc.
- Submission of weekly report and monthly report.
- Handling of Inbound leads of SAARC Region.
- Adhoc work need to be performed as per management instruction.

1. Any Graduate/MBA in Operations

2 2+ years of experience in operations

3. Good interpersonal and communication skills

4. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation

5. Customer Service Management
