**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Podcast Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering high-quality content for our YouTube channel podcast. From editing engaging podcast episodes to creating visually compelling promotional materials, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing our brand's voice and reach. While the primary focus is on podcast production, your graphic design expertise will complement our marketing efforts, ensuring consistency and creativity across all visuals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Podcast Video Editing (Primary Focus): Edit and produce engaging podcast episodes for YouTube, including visuals, transitions, captions, and sound enhancements.

2. Design captivating intros, outros, and highlight clips to maximize audience retention and engagement.

3. Collaborate with the podcast team to ensure the content aligns with the brand's tone and goals.

4. Handle audio enhancements, including noise reduction and synchronization with video content.

5. Create teaser videos and promotional snippets for social media platforms.

**Graphic Design (Complementary Focus)**:
1. Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails, social media posts, and banners tailored to promote podcast episodes.

2. Develop visual assets like podcast logos, branding templates, and episode graphics.

3. Assist the marketing team in creating additional design assets for campaigns, events, and product promotions.

4. Ensure all designs align with Es Magico’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency.

**Tools and Software**:
1. Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (optional)

2. Audio Editing: Adobe Audition or Audacity

3. Graphic Design: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma (for prototyping)

4. Additional Tools: Google Drive, Asana, or Trello for project management

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
1. 1+ year of hands-on experience in podcast or video editing (experience with YouTube content is a plus).

2. Some exposure to graphic design for digital platforms like YouTube, Instagram, or LinkedIn.

3. Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing podcast or video editing work and graphic design projects.

**Soft Skills**:
1. Strong storytelling and editing skills to craft impactful podcast episodes.

2. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

4. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
