**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads and prospective students to promote educational services and consultation packages.
- Counsel students and parents regarding career choices, courses, colleges, and admission procedures.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with interested clients for walk-ins, webinars, or one-on-one counseling.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, feedback, and follow-up actions using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.
- Resolve queries efficiently and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the counseling and admissions teams to convert leads into successful enrollments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (as applicable).
- Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented with a pleasant phone demeanor.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets within deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or lead management software.
