We are hiring **Inside Sales Executives**to join our team in Noida. The role involves promoting and selling undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses to prospective students. If you have a passion for sales and a desire to help students shape their future, we want to hear from you.

**Job Role**: Inside Sales Executive
**Industry**: Education / EdTech
**Job Location**: Noida
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
**Work Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000/month (based on interview performance and current/last drawn salary)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential students and counsel them on available UG/PG courses.
- Understand individual needs and guide them toward the right academic program.
- Follow up on leads, maintain regular communication, and close admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and conversions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (preferably in education or a related field).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work under targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
