Virtual Building Studio is a BIM outsourcing firm specializing in delivering high-quality architectural and engineering solutions for US-based projects. We collaborate with our clients by converting their design concepts into detailed BIM models and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join Virtual Building Studio. In this role, you will develop accurate BIM models and technical documentation based on client-provided designs. You will receive comprehensive training in BIM software to ensure efficiency and precision in delivering high-quality project outputs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed BIM models based on designs provided by clients.
- Prepare construction documentation, including plans, sections, and elevations using BIM software.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure models meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with US building codes and regulations.
- Assist in coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Review and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Understanding of architectural and construction documentation processes.
- Willingness to learn and be trained in BIM software.
- Familiarity with US building codes and standards is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with existing designs.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
