**Key Skills & Responsibilities**:

- ? Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
- ? Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- ? Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
- ? Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
- ? Within large projects, defines and maintains realistic project plans, supervises progress against agreed
- quality and performance criteria and ensures programs of work are correctly allocated and resourced.
- ? Performs the relevant program management processes for traditional and Agile programs for product development.
- ? Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.
- ? Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
- ? Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
- ? Support the product owner and provide education where needed.

**Experience/Skills Required**:

- ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, other technical qualification, or related field
- preferred.
- ? 3 - 5years of prior experience on a scrum team.
- ? Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
- ? Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.
- ? Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not.
- ? Experience with successful Agile techniques.
- ? Demonstrates understanding of scope, schedule, and planning, understanding of time management, resource management cost management. Possesses good project management skills.
- ? Experienced in Program and Project Management Life Cycle (Waterfall and Agile Methodologies) Experience of working in product development programs.
- ? Demonstrable experience in structuring and executing complex projects/programs as a Program Manager.
- ? Experience establishing governance structures that facilitate and drive decision-making, trade-offs, and resolution paths.

**Other Requirements**:

- ? Flexibility in working hours to accommodate US & multiple APAC time zones if needed.
