- Maintain an organized schedule using Outlook Calendar for appointments and follow-ups
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, editing, and sharing
- Operate phone systems and handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents
- Use DocuSign to electronically sign and send important documents
- Accurately enter data into various systems or databases
- Assist with other office-related tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional phone manner
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook Calendar for scheduling and organizing appointments
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management and collaboration
- Experience operating phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
- Basic clerical skills such as filing, scanning, and copying documents
- Knowledge of using DocuSign for electronic document signing and sending
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Comfortable working in an office environment
