**Job Title**: Tele Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.
- Maintain a database of customer contacts and follow up to ensure sales closure.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing revenue.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Tele Sales Executive** or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the Tele sales sector.
- Multilingual abilities for wider customer reach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
