**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:

- Develop well-structured **theory, solved examples, and practice problems** for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) levels.
- Ensure **conceptual clarity** and logical progression in content.
- Maintain a balance of **easy, moderate, and difficult** level questions based on IIT-JEE standards.
- **Question Bank Creation & Review**:

- Design **original, high-quality** problems with detailed solutions.
- Review and improve existing questions to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Categorize questions based on **difficulty levels** and **exam trends**.
- **Syllabus & Exam Pattern Adherence**:

- Align content strictly with **NTA-prescribed IIT-JEE syllabus** and latest exam trends.
- Incorporate **PYQs (Previous Year Questions)** and analyze evolving question patterns.
- **Error-Free Content**:

- Proofread and validate solutions for mathematical correctness and clarity.
- **Innovative Approach & Pedagogy**:

- Develop **shortcut techniques, tips, and tricks** for problem-solving.
- **Coordination & Collaboration**:

- Work with **DTP, editorial, and production teams** to ensure high-quality publishing.
- Collaborate with **faculty, teachers, and academic experts** for content validation.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
**Educational Background**:

- **M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Mathematics** or related field from a reputed institution.
- **B.Tech / M.Tech from IITs / NITs / reputed engineering colleges** with strong mathematics expertise can also apply.

**Experience**:

- **Minimum 3-5 years** of experience in IIT-JEE content development, coaching, or authorship.
- Hands-on experience in **teaching, question paper setting, or book writing** is preferred.

**Technical & Subject Knowledge**:

- Strong command over **Calculus, Algebra, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Probability, Vectors, and 3D Geometry**.
- Understanding of **competitive exam strategies, time management techniques, and student psychology**.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong **attention to detail** and commitment to **error-free** content.
- Ability to **think analytically** and create **conceptually enriching** material.
- Good communication skills and **team collaboration**.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
