**Associate consultant Survey Programming**

**Job Overview**:
The Survey Programmer configures survey authoring software and tools used for creating web-based market research surveys; is responsible for converting business requirements into survey functionality; is responsible for organizing production and asset creation; can work efficiently and successfully in a deadline sensitive environment on projects that have a quick turnaround time.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Configure Confirmit, Sawtooth, and other survey software authoring platforms for usage by survey producers.
- Collect survey functionality requirements, design, and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with Professional Services and Production team members to assign projects and set priorities.
- Export and process survey data from database.
- Design survey content, functionality, flow logic.
- Manage various production assets and produce the project in an efficient and detail-oriented manner.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

**Skills and ability**:

- BS or equivalent in computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline
- Experience with survey authoring tools Confirmit, Decipher and Sawtooth
- Experience with web scripting logic - Javascript, Jscript.net, or other languages.
- Working knowledge of web technologies such as CSS, HTML, XML
- Ability to adapt to frequently changing production tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and abilities
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities on tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of relevant full-time work experience required.
- Market research in healthcare is preferred.
