"Tender Purchase Executive" is responsible for managing the entire tendering process for purchasing goods and services, including identifying potential vendors, evaluating bids, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring timely delivery, all while aiming to secure the best possible price and quality for the company by actively researching market options and competitor activity; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for the procurement process related to tenders. Key responsibilities may include:

- **Identifying procurement needs**:Analyzing internal requirements to identify necessary goods and services that need to be procured through a tendering process.
- **Market research and vendor identification**:Researching potential vendors in the market, assessing their capabilities, and creating a qualified vendor list.
- **Tender document preparation**:Drafting detailed tender documents including specifications, evaluation criteria, and contract terms.
- **Tender distribution**:Disseminating tender documents to potential vendors through appropriate channels.
- **Bid evaluation**:Analyzing received bids against tender specifications, comparing pricing, and evaluating vendor qualifications.
- **Negotiation**:Negotiating contract terms with selected vendors to achieve the best possible price and delivery conditions.
- **Contract management**:Ensuring the execution of contracts, monitoring compliance with terms and conditions, and managing vendor relationships.
- **Risk assessment**:Identifying potential risks associated with tenders and implementing mitigation strategies.
- **Reporting and analysis**:Tracking tender progress, generating reports on cost savings and procurement performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
