To further enhance merchants’ business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:
1. Managing International & Domestic l Ticket bookings

3. Liaisoning with vendors for negotiating the price for hotel and other services.

4. Managing ground transportation including cab bookings & coordinating with drivers

5. Leisure destination bookings

6. Well organised and taking care of executive preferences database.

7. Coordinating with employees for organising their travel

8. Preparing itineraries & making modifications in travel plans

9. Quick understanding of travel needs, and building capability to make as an advisor accordingly, especially on the frequent travel sectors.

10. Ensuring that the bookings are done on the best available rate basis and should maintain appropriate documentation for records and audit purpose.

11. Knowledge of foreign currency and travel insurance for foreign trips

12. Sound knowledge of airlines, aircrafts, and seating maps

13. Knowledge of airline & hotel frequent flyer programs

14. Doing web check in & having experience in working on various online/hotel websites

15. Networking with airline and hotel partners

**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**:
1. Minimum 5-7years of experience in the Travel Industry

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. Professional working knowledge in Amadeus and Galileo/GDS

4.Sound knowledge of visa processing

6. Exposure in Manual Fare Calculation

**Education**: Any Graduate
