Need a Female BDE onlyPosition: Business Development ExecutivePurpose: Develop and nurture relationships with architects, designers and high-value end customers to secure large-scale interior architecture and soft interiors projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential high-value clients, particularly architects and designers-Create and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate WITHIN's design ethos and capabilities-Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads-Represent WITHIN at industry events, exhibitions, and luxury interior fraternity gatherings-Plan and organize exclusive promotional events including designer collaborations and themed campaigns-Build and maintain relationships with luxury interior publications to enhance brand visibility-Collaborate with the design team to develop tailored proposals for large projects-Negotiate contracts and terms for major projects within company guidelines-Track and analyse BD performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies-Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform strategyKPIs:
- Value and number of Interior Architecture and Soft Interior projects secured-Conversion rate of leads to projects-Relationship development with target architect/designer firms-Revenue generated from architect/designer referrals-Event ROI (leads and projects generated per event)-Media coverage secured in luxury publications-Growth in qualified prospect database-Average project valueEducational Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Interior Architecture, or related field-Additional qualification in Marketing or Business Development preferredExperience:
- 5+ years of experience in furniture design (required)-Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred)-Background in luxury furniture or high-end interior projects-Network within the architectural and interior design communityKey Competencies:
- Design Fluency: Understanding of design principles and ability to discuss projects at a technical level with professionals-Relationship Building: Networking skills and ability to establish trust with high-value clients-Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities and develop targeted approaches for different market segments-Presentation Excellence: Skill in creating and delivering compelling presentations that showcase WITHIN's unique value-Luxury Market Understanding: Deep insight into the luxury segment's preferences, trends, and decision-making processesFactors Critical for Success at WITHIN:
- Passion for design excellence and ability to articulate WITHIN's narrative-driven approach-Balance of creative sensibility and commercial focus-Professional presence that aligns with WITHIN's premium positioning-Persistence and resilience in pursuing long-cycle, high-value projects-Ability to represent the brand authentically at high-profile events
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
