**Despatch Supervisor Job Description**

**Warehouse Supervisor Job Responsibilities**:

- Every day labours allotment to be check in the beginning of shift.
- Every day morning meeting have to be organize to labours regarding safety & packing
- Requirements to customer.
- Packing stuffing qty to be follow very strictly to avoid any shortage or excess while packing
- Materials to customer.
- Warehouse stock details, despatch details have to be send mail to our top management every day.
- Invoice process/billing process have to be done to respective customers in erp every day.
- Vehicle receipt details have to be make entry in erp.
- Vehicle loading and unloading activities have to be monitor in warehouse.
- Every day despatch plan to be making according to customer requirements
- Need to be monitor drivers for vehicles and to be talk with transport team for arrangement of
- Drivers incase of absence of drivers.
- Need to be follow our despatch team and planning team for material requirements for
- Warehouse every day
- Person should be able to come in rotational shift basis to warehouse.
- Empty bin have to be follow on daily basis from customer end.
- If any quality issues,need to be start immediate segregation of jobs in warehouse along with
- Labours in warehouse and in customer end without any hesitation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
- HR : 9600 166 56 3

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
