Job Overview:
Warehouse supervisor who will be responsible for driving our company’s Warehouse at Oragadam. Primary duties will involve manpower deployment, Process follow up & get the output. He should be proactive in researching & develop the Warehouse process and Logistic knowledge is must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manpower arrangement and control the plant operation & 5S.
- Ensure the operators safety & control the behaviors.
- Study & improve the process
- Efficiency improvement in lubrication oil plant.
- Monitor the operators and improve the operator’s skill & knowledge.
- Collaborate in analyzing & control the break down.
- Prepare the daily report & breakdown report.

**Requirements**:

- Experience Preferred ETP, WTP, RO, BOILER, EVAPORATOR & DISTILLATION PLANT.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Distillation plant or a similar role.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Good understanding & excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience with production line.

Monday to Saturday
