**Position Overview**:We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Tele caller to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and clients over the phone, introducing our products/services, and generating leads. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with prospects, converting them into loyal customers. Your communication skills, persuasive abilities, and professional demeanor will be instrumental in contributing to the company's growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and prospects following a provided script or guidelines.

Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and address any queries or concerns.

Build and maintain a strong understanding of the products/services offered to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

Generate leads and new business opportunities through telephonic outreach and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up with existing and prospective customers to nurture relationships, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve and exceed individual and team-based targets and KPIs related to call volume, lead conversion, and revenue generation.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends, providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams.

Collaborate with other team members, including sales representatives and marketing associates, to optimize the lead generation and sales process.

Continuously update and improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills through training and self-development.

Maintain professionalism, integrity, and empathy during all interactions with customers and prospects, adhering to company values and guidelines.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar role, preferably in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident phone presence.

Ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly, handling objections effectively and converting leads into sales opportunities.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Result-oriented and driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

A positive and proactive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
