Role Overview:
Join our team at *Chetan S Patil & Co* as a ROC Compliance Executive. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and handle various company law-related tasks and filings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Filing of ROC returns (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, etc.)
- Company and LLP incorporation
- Drafting board resolutions, minutes, and compliance documents
- Maintaining statutory registers and records
- Assistance in annual compliance filings via MCA portal

Who Can Apply:

- CS dropouts or students (at any stage of the CS course)
- Basic knowledge of Companies Act, 2013
- Familiarity with MCA portal and ROC procedures
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Good communication and documentation skills
