**Job Title**: Operations Assistant - Furniture Showroom
**Location**: Kukatpally, Hyderabad
**Industry**: Retail (Textiles and Furniture)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Branch Head in managing daily showroom floor operations.
- Ensure furniture displays are well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Address customer queries and provide product recommendations.
- Help customers with their purchase decisions and resolve complaints.
- Support the sales team to meet sales targets and facilitate smooth transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments (inventory, logistics, marketing) for smooth operations.
- Report daily floor activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to the Branch Head.
- Perform administrative tasks like record-keeping, order processing, and inventory management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in retail showrooms preferably furniture.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and strategies.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
