**Required Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, and campaign strategy.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media strategy, and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to optimize ad spend, reduce cost-per-click (CPC), and maximize ROAS.
- Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and customer acquisition funnels.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee social media management strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Optimize ad spend and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize conversions.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Provide insights on customer behavior, competitor analysis, and market trends.
