**What we want you to do**
- Assist in Production Planning: Collaborate with the production team to develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
- Quality Control: Participate in quality control activities, including inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, and conducting product testing to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement, proposing and implementing solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Inventory Management: Support inventory management activities, including inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and cycle counting to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, actively promoting a culture of safety in the workplace and contributing to the identification and mitigation of potential hazards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production activities, including production reports, quality inspection records, and inventory logs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Professional Development: Take advantage of learning opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in manufacturing processes, quality management, and industry best practices.

**What are we looking in you**
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree program in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Willing to work on R&D
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the success of the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with manufacturing software systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
