**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimize and manage the company’s website to improve ranking and user experience.
- Plan and manage social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
- Monitor trends in digital marketing and identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Track KPIs and create performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and social media analytics tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (or relevant experience for senior roles).
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce).
- Strong knowledge of social media management and paid advertising strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and campaign tracking.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development is an advantage.
