**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Become an expert in designing, building and maintaining flexible and scalable compensation plans/models in SAP Commissions using established proven practices Quickly learn about how different sales organizations operate in order to gather and document thorough business requirements Work with customers to develop overall testing plans, test cases and scripts Enable your customers to effectively use and maintain their Commissions solution Document and communicate project status regularly to the Project Management team Coordinate and communicate with the customer’s project manager and project resources Prescriptively guiding customers towards proven/recommended approaches to satisfying their business needs Sharing knowledge within the practice, based on project experience and lessons learned Execute production activities in the SAP Commissions UI and database Server, which includes running interfaces and transferring data between various data sources Perform data analysis/audits using the SAP Commissions UI, database server, and MS Excel to resolve issues with payments Participate on project teams and work independently with a diverse group of stakeholders Design and implement process improvements within SAP Commissions Responsible for diagnosing complex technical issues and providing recommendations on solutions with consideration of best practices and longer-term impacts of decisions Technical Requirement - Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering along with Statistics and Economics or a related business discipline Certified Callidus Cloud (SAP) Commissions Consultant Preferred
