**What you’ll do**
- Assess the existing infrastructure and provide expert guidance on containerization and migration to Kubernetes (K8S) for efficient and scalable deployment.
- Take charge of identifying and resolving security and performance concerns, prioritizing quality assurance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain best practices in container technologies, DevOps toolchains, and hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the ECS CTO SE Team/ Server Management Team to manage and implement container solution for different products and services on a global scale.
- SAP Enterprise Cloud Services is the organization that defines and delivers all private managed cloud solutions like RISE with SAP S/4HANA cloud, private edition to our customers. ECS TechOps teams is the core team who handles all the Application in ECS Landscape for both Netweaver and Non
- Netweaver area. As an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist, you will analyse customer’s business requirements or technical problem statements and act as a technical advisor and problem solver to clients and our internal stakeholders.

**What you bring**
- Proficiency in container technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
- Extensive knowledge of DevOps toolchains, architectural design across hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and DNS propagation from on-premises to hyperscaler DNS providers (e.g., Route53, Azure Private DNS).
- Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals.
- Experience with SAP Gardener, GitOps technologies like Argo CD and Argo WF, Terraform, and scripting proficiency in Bash, Perl (preferred).
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT technology services with a focus on containerization, DevOps, and hyperscaler platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive projects forward.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
