Rising Venture Services is a sector agnostic consulting firm specializing in Cluster Development and International trade with an aim of enhancing the SME Competitiveness. RVS has clients across multiple sectors such as Building materials, Acoustic panel, Polypack, education services to name a few. We work with government, international donor agencies, embassies, industry associations, private sector etc on various mandates as mentioned above. We help our clients to take their products global and guide them throughout the process of designing, packaging, pricing, marketing & logistics of their products. We also provide training to our clients and their teams for international marketing & exports to increase their capabilities. We also have substantial experience in marketing trade shows to various stakeholders to ensure a better B2B connect and business outcome for all stakeholders, with a special expertise in bringing International buyers to the expo's.

Position available:
The annual CTC for this job profile is expected to be ranging between 2.5 to 3 LPA.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage International Marketing & Exports Assignments**:

- Coordinate and execute international marketing and export strategies for clients.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
- **Interact with Manufacturer Clients**:

- Communicate buyer expectations to manufacturer clients.
- Assist in aligning product offerings with international market demands.
- **Engage with Institutional and Retail Buyers**:

- Establish and manage relationships with institutional and retail buyers.
- Set clear expectations for quality standards, pricing, packaging, and delivery schedules.
- **Conduct Market Research**:

- Perform market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in international markets.
- Prepare detailed reports and insights for clients based on research findings.
- **Provide Support to MSMEs**:

- Offer guidance and support to MSMEs at various stages of the international business process.
- Facilitate training and workshops to enhance export capabilities.
- **Prepare and Present Reports**:

- Compile progress reports and updates on international marketing projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- **Collaborate with Associations and Institutions**:

- Work closely with industry associations and institutions to promote export initiatives.
- Coordinate international business delegations and trade missions from India to target countries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Experience in international marketing, export management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of international trade practices, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively.
- Proficiency in market research and report preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
