Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately in company databases and spreadsheets.

Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Organize and maintain records, files, and documents.
- Assist internal teams with administrative tasks, including report generation and documentation.
- Respond to internal inquiries and provide necessary support for operational tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to data management and internal processes.
- Support other internal operations as needed. Qualifications & Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or CRM software is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
