**Codex Academy** is a new venture that has been started in collaboration with the CyberFox Solutions and Cybhasis. Codex Academy is a Cybersecurity Academy that aims to reinvent academic landscape in the industry.

As a Telecaller specialising in Online Courses Sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of cyber security courses to potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to build relationships with prospects, and ultimately drive sales conversions. This role requires **excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers who have expressed interest in digital marketing education.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our digital marketing courses to potential customers.
- Listen to customer requirements and tailor course offerings to meet their needs and objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in digital marketing to provide informed advice to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Willingness to learn digital marketing concepts to increase chances of conversion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
