14) Open / Buy back offer /Rights / PB / AGM Client Instruction Processing

15) Reporting Corporate Announcement Report

16) NSE/BSE/NSDL Circular Scanning & Reporting of Circulars for Forthcoming events

17) Corporate Action Forecast Reporting

18) Global Forthcoming to the client

19) Event reconciliation with Exchange site

20) Open / Buy back offer Report to the client

21) ENTITLMENT DETAIL MAIL (IF ANY) BUYBACK / TAKEOVER

22) Mail to RTA and company for No TDS deduction for Institution Clients

23) SM and CD Event Recon

Basic Knowledge for processing activities of Debt Desk
- 1) BOD Reset PUT/CALL ALERT

2) Preparation of Future Forecast

3) Follow up for Confirmation of Receivables

4) Fund Tracking

5) Debt Cash Flow Preparing and Reporting

Commerce Graduate with sound understanding of Capital Markets with 3 to 5 years’ experience working with a custodian/ clearing member / Broking

Preferably staying between Thane to Dadar willing to work in shifts
