Record and balance income and statistical figures received from night audit.
- Post cash to journal and deposit log when information is received from the general cashier.
- Do necessary filing of backup (i.e. house charges and cash charges, deposit envelopes)
- Update forecast and distribute.
- Call necessary service for repairs of equipment for the department i.e. calculators and typewriters.
- Do various audits for control purpose as suggested by the Controller. Steak charts, corrections to cash PMS, restaurant checks, beverage bar audits and other
- Do over/short report and distribute.
- Pickup electronic Mail for the Controller at 3:00 daily, and distribute to the appropriate department.
- Daily route paid outs, rebates, misc. charges to Accounting Office Supervisor to be sent to department heads by the use of a routing slip.
- Balance Income Journal for the week
- Order printed forms.
- Update GRR
- Do weekly consolidated over/short report and distribute.
- Assist General Cashier/Accounting Office Supervisor in bank audits
- Balance income journal and record totals on distribution ticket.
- Process departmental restaurant charges as received on distribution ticket.
- Assist in inputting information into PC for preliminary P&L.
- Do over/short report for period.
- Review period distribution summaries for outside charges and verify that we have received all backup. Those entries without backup will be researched and letters sent requesting copies.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
