We currently have vacancy for an Income Auditor to join our Finance Team

**Duties**:
Responsible for ensuring all Rooms, F&B, and MOD revenues are all correctly accounted and reconciled daily.
Checks and follows up on discrepancy.
Prepares daily Maison checks consumption report.
Ensures that all rebates performed by Guest
Performs regular spot check on all revenue centers.
Ensures that all cash floats are counted and
Verified at least once every month.
Prepares computation of monthly payment of
Public Municipality Tax.
Ensures the daily closing for Guest Service and
F&B are properly done and completed.
Reviews and checks any discrepancy on Rooms or F&B revenue report.
Ensures all charges on Matson checks accounted for and entitlements are within the approved policy.
Ensures all revenue reports generated by the system are accurate.
Reviews and random checks the room rate to ensure that unusual high-rate variances are in order.
Daily malison check report
Daily revenue report
Potential room revenue report
Daily accounts journal for Income Auditor
Month-end house-use of telephone, fax, and telex report
Daily complimentary Rooms report
Daily Housekeeping discrepancy report
Monthly reconciliation of the following accounts by the 3rd of the following month:
AR guest ledger
Service charge - collection /distribution
Tips payable to Employee
Cashier over & short
Deferred income

**Requirements**:
1 years’ experience in 5* Luxury Property
Graduate or master’s in finance
Fluent to communicate and write in English as well as local language.
Skilled in accounting computerization and various financial software (opera).
Good interpersonal skills.
Has good organizing and planning, strategy thinking, conceptualizing ability.
