**Key Responsibilities**

Soft Skills:Fluent/ Excellent in English and Hindi.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Cold calling and generating qualified leads to convert into sales. Payment collection and updating in the system. Ensure minimum emi’s are collected as per the payment plan sold to the customer.
- Drive monthly unit and revenue targets.
- Attend mandatory daily new calls, meet the connected calls requirement, and follow up cases.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as telesales executive only.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant Excel, Ppt and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Team player
- Ability to work on high pressure environment.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
