**Job Description**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions across departments like Production, Maintenance, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Supply Chain, and more.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain recruitment MIS reports and dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly updates.
- Strong understanding of various technical and functional roles in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
